Chen’s intro in Damage was just a warm up but the producers liked it that they decided to include that part in the song.

The damage intro is just warm up, but because it's good, it's included haha. The damage represents Chen's super power. Chen said this song is about revenge, But Chen said, revenge doesn't match his personality, haha of course because Chen is our angel.

there‘s this certain rawness to their vocals that shines through when they performed Oasis live which I found to be so special, so much so that it made me a little emotional. I still feel so lucky to have caught their show when they came down to Malaysia back in 2019, especially since the pandemic hit everyone a few months later lol really hope everyone gets to experience exo’s concerts one day cause they were always such a blast and gave me some of my favourite memories!

Exodus/LMR are stil my favorite albums but this one comes super close. The lyricism and storytelling are out of this world.

When the album came out I think I went through a hard core obsessed phase with every one of the songs and that’s such a rare thing to happen like how do you make an album this good from start to finish????

I like this album a lot!!! But what i like the most is "XOXO" album. "Heartattack" is my favorite EXO's song.
everything about this album is so perfect, the production, the melodies and beats, the VOCALS, the harmonies and adlibs, the concept and theming, and the freaking lyrics..
the lyrics and the story they tell, accompanied by the tone of the songs... so beautiful. a story of falling in love, longing, toxicity, breaking up, moving on and healing.

This album is a gem. All songs are so good. You will love them more once you watch the live performances. They perform most of these songs in their EXplOration concert.. The vocals, the choreos are great..

Oasis is like my calm med everytime coz of all the vocal runs and the notes seem flowing in this album.
My favorites from this album are Oasis, Gravity, Damage and Smile on my face. This album has arguably the strongest trio of songs ending any of their albums.
when the teasers came out, Damage is THAT song that got my attention at 1st.. and the legendary Sehun's E.X.O making comeback in Damage is a wholesome during that time.. 😂 I think the last time he did that was during Call Me Baby..
well.. for Smile On My Face.. it's that song that makes you wanna cry.. especially when u know the lyrics.. PLUS, it represents Lay's power (healing).. listening to this song, u just felt Lay was there when he actually wasn't.. 😭

This is such a solid album, that it really is hard to pick a favorite. Gravity wins, only because it owns my soul, but the rest of the album is just knockout after knockout. I find I have a lot of trouble selecting favorite songs off their albums. They switch up the genres so much, that you can have favorites in each...although, even that is a challenge for me. The winter albums are going to send you. I can tell. I just love watching you get into the music, you really do connect with it, and that makes watching your reactions so enjoyable. It's always such a treat when I get a notification for a new EXO reaction!!
Damage and smile on my face are fav in this album but all songs hit ✨different ✨

I only heard a few songs of other groups. I don't know maybe I am missing or sleeping on them. But when it comes to music, vocals and all else.. its really EXO for me. And seeing other groups idolize them even though covering their songs are kinda hard.. EXO is standard.

My favourite songs from this album are Tempo, Bad Dream and Oh La La La or Gravity. DMUMT in the original version, not the repackage, is a perfect all in one concept album for me. It takes you on a ride and funny enough a lot of the photoshoots for the different album versions had a kind of race concept, motorcycles and race like outfits.
