Sega cedió los derechos a otra empresa para hacer esta versión, pero hasta donde yo sepa solo salió de forma oficial en Japón. En America no, Nintendo de America era bien especial para autorizar qué juegos salían en la plataforma.
This game barely resembles the arcade or genesis versions. It doesn't look like they even tried to make it play the same. And the boss attacks look janky, like bootleg levels of janky. The rendition of the boss theme is kinda cool though
yo, I like to request you to do an All Bosses (No Damage) video to the 1986 arcade game Gladiator, here are the bosses, Boss 1: Solon, Boss 2: Iranna, Boss 3: Zenon, Boss 4: Zaid, Boss 5: Hephaestion, Boss 6: Gorgon, Boss 7: Lykos, Boss 8: Diokles, Boss 9: Agathon, Final Boss 1: Gildus, and Final Boss 2: Spartoi.
Where have you seen the fighters' names? I've been looking for them for a long time, and found nothing: besides the four named ones at the demo, the arcsde machine's manual only mentions the last guandian. Please, let me know!
He's a tiger man. Note the stripes. Of course, I only know that by cross referencing it with the original game and what Beast you were against that boss.
It got a bunch of ports at that time; originally this was an arcade game, with its main port being to the Sega Genesis but also getting a Master System release. From the Wikipedia article: "In addition to the Genesis and Master System, Altered Beast was ported to several platforms, including for PC Engine, PC Engine-CD, Famicom, Atari ST, Commodore 64, ZX Spectrum, Amstrad CPC, and Amiga. Several of the conversions for European systems were completed by Activision. Certain differences are seen between the several versions of the game. Some of them, like the Master System version, were missing levels. Others provided different beasts to mutate into, such as a humanoid lion, or a shark form seen in the Famicom version, ported by Asmik."
@@atraxos Well i do remember however that sega back in the 90s had the habit to give allot of ports to pc's.Like sega rally and some others which i don't remember in general.I just knew that altered beast was a sega game and couldn't ever imagine see an official port to a nintendo system even back then to be honest!
I'm glad that he takes no damage because no one wants to come here to see someone getting knocked out the whole time we watch the tutorial...if I wanted to see someone getting knocked out on the controller I would have just played the game with myself because I am always getting knocked out on the controller. 😩 Nothing irritates me more than to watch video game tutorial just to see the player get knocked out more that me. 🤣🤣🤣

Man transforms into fursonas and a literal shark to save girl from a wizard and his eldritch horrors.
It's honestly a good game proposal.
This version makes you throw street fighter hadukens. The sega version felt slower to this version.
@shadowshinobi06 sega version is just slow and all i think you can do is punch. Like oh boy..
So this version had extra bosses while the original only has 5.
This looks delightfully weird & killer in 8bit. Loved the extra stages (2 & 5). The lion man and shark are instantly my fave transformations. >:)
Neff has some new dooms to welcome you to!
WAIT THIS WAS A FOR REAL GAME??!?!
Sega does what Nintendon’t.
That statement is true here.
Stopping making consoles?
ikagura I was talking about the game but that works too.
Yea, make slower version ;)
That game is awesome!!!!!
Welcome to your doom!
Power up!!!!
Rise from your grave!!
I knew you would come.
(It's quote from Altered Beast PS2 game. 🤣🤣🤣)
No sabía que salió para nes pensaba que era. Exclusivo de Sega. Curioso
Yo recuerdo que de entre mis juegos de nes, este era uno

@@TheTrueBro interesante gracias por la explicación !
Huh. Didn't know about this version.
Wish got remastered
nice
It’s so weird hearing the boss theme in 8-bit, as I’m so used to the Genesis version.
Cool
RISE FROM YOUR GRAVE AND RESCUE MY DAUGHTER!
me: BITCH I WAS SLEEPIN'!!!

Why this looks and sounds like a gameboy import

Well aggar is much scarier than orginal version.
i didnt know nes version existed!!!
Imagine the doom slayer showing up in this game
I can imagine him doing your mom.
What's the transformation on 6 a Jellicle?
What about the Bosses of EOE Eve of Extinction?
Hmm....was this a real cart? Oh....I read the description. I see.
Crocidile was the hardest boss while the final is the easiest boss
Thanks i used to play it a lot but didn't know game's name coz was in Japanese
The final boss is ridiculous compared to the arcade or Genesis version. His attack pattern is too simple
WOLF🐺 🆚️AGGER
LION🦁 🆚️KING OGRE
DRAGON🐉 🐲 🆚️OCTOEYES
BEAR🐻 🐻❄ 🧸 🆚️MOLDYSNAIL
SHARK 🦈 🆚️KRAKEN
TIGER🐅 🐯 🆚️CROCODILE WORM🐊 🪱 🐛
PHOENIX 🐦🔥🆚️GREAT DEMON
What are you supposed to be against the Crocodile Worm? Some kind of crab man?
He's a tiger man. Note the stripes. Of course, I only know that by cross referencing it with the original game and what Beast you were against that boss.
Thank you, I honestly couldn't tell those were stripes.
Do "project altered beast" from ps2
He's already do that
How this is an official game by sega on nes??? The description writes that was ported somehow from another company on a nintendo system!
