"You thought that about police officers because you watch the news, I get it"
Yeah, now he can say he say he knows them from first hand knowledge. And by the way, MSM worships cops boots, and they are still out there trying to blame their sociopathy, and incompetency, and corruption on them. Literally never once in my life seen a major news channel cover civil forfeiture, cover the prison industrial system, the court corruptions, the evils of the drug war, they once a year cover a case like George Floyd who was strangled to death on camera for 10 minutes, and they craft the narrative in the best light they can possible get away with while still ignoring all other 80,000 police abuse cases going on that day, and they are STILL seen as "anti-cop". Gee, those oligarchs who own all the MSM outlets, politicians, and police forces, sure do hate all those things don't they? Weird how that works, that MSM "hates" their symbiotic relationship with cops. It's almost like, when a used car salesman tells you the Ford Civic is a beater that was none for being unreliable, but a Camaro never lets you down, he might be doing it to sell you some B.S.
TLDR: Guy is a BAMF, wasn't intimidated by the officers tantrum. And enough with the American propaganda machine. I'm tried of watching my countryman abused, and confused on who to even blame.

Totally agree!! the cop did everything he could to discount and argue against his report. This demonstrates how single minded cops are when performing their duties. This also demonstrates why police who show up on scene well after the altercation has already started, they don't hesitate to jump in and aid the officer with the same level of force, if not to even escalate the level of force. The cop argues, "Usually I would think that the police have a reason to arrest her!" This cop states that the default assumption is to believe the cop and join in....because obviously she's a criminal.
These cops performed NO INVESTIGATION and made no attempt to understand the mental of physical condition of the HUMAN BEING they were arresting. To further joke about her mental and physical conditions later was simply despicable.

All police should take out and pay for their own public liability insurance.
This insurance should be setup through the police retirement fund and cover any lawsuits along with all lawyer fees and any court costs.
Officers premiums would be deducted from their wages every week and paid directly into the police retirement fund.
A system like this is a win for all the officers the taxpayer the citizens and the courts alike the only downside is when a lawsuit is filed and is successful any compensation to be paid over $25.000 would come straight out of the police retirement fund if the officer that was sued couldn't come up with money under $25.00 then that would be paid out of the police retirement fund then that officers wage would be garnished every week until the money lost to the lawsuit was paid back. Let's saying an officer was sued for $1,000000 its his 1st strike or his 3rd and he is fired any job he undertakes after being fired that wage he receives will be garnished and put back into the police retirement fund until every cent is paid back
Any lawsuits filed should be investigated by a team of retired lawyers picked from cities outside the jurisdiction to where the incident took place.
This team of retired lawyers investigates and determines if there's grounds to lay charges not I.A.D nor members of a police force if they find that there's enough evidence for charges to be laid they have their own foot soldiers to preform the arrests bring these officers it to be formally charged, detained, bailed or released to appear.
All discovery is handed to both parties.
      All trials are jury trials.
All juries are picked from another jurisdiction, county or city.
This public liability insurance would be a 3 strike policy meaning if you have had any more than 3 claims where your found guilty your fired your police credentials are taken from you your put on a list banning you from ever holding any type of job where you have authority over the public ever again.
If an officer is successfully sued they pay the first $25.00 excess out of their own pocket.
Just think of the savings to the tax payer there'd be far less complaints from citizens of police violating their rights because officers as police
wouldn't risk doing anything to cause a lawsuit and a possible lose of money from the police retirement fund you would see police brushing up on the laws and being sure that they have all the facts and the evidence before making an arrest because if their sued its every officers money their losing.
If a system like this was introduced you would never see another officer stand back while officers like DEREK CHAUVIN are kneeling on a citizens neck or one officers ego calling the shots if one officer cant be trusted to do the right make the right decisions then let it fall to all the officers on scene then if the first officer on scene gives false or misleading to those officers that arrive on scene after the fact then im sure those officers will deal with that officer for misleading them if all officers cant agree to arrest on the information before them call the DA.
If a policy like this was introduced never again will there be another GEORGE FLOYD'S incident there's no better way of keeping police honest and policing themselves when 1 officers mistake will affect them all in the hip pocket rouge officers that want to keep violating citizens will be quickly educated by fellow officers those that still dont want to follow the law will be bullied out of the force or und up being shot in the back by an unknown assailant because no
officer wants to lose money out of their own pocket.
      We can all dream too

The Good Samaritan has had a violent experience already with these thugs. He knows how dangerous they are and he had his family’s safety to consider. If the cops will brutalize a frail, demented 73 yo woman, what might they do to a mother and her children?

    • @coolgamers2794

The Samaritan and the Sgt had both goods and faults. The Samaritan heckling in on the situation could had putted everyone at risk especially if the old lady was a suicidal knife welding maniac or had a gun. The Sgt explained properly that hindsight is 20/20. The Samaritan wasn't there and don't know what the heck is going on meaning that if a dangerous subject with a firearm was involved with theft at Walmart; the Samaritan could had also been shot by trying to intervene.

THIS, this is exactly what people mean when they say “abuse of power”. Imagine how many times they have done something like this in the past? You know the saying, “it’s not the first time you’ve done this, it’s the first time you got caught”.
And police officers try to blame the media for the public not trusting them. Yeah… no. The actual ACTIONS of police officers is why they aren’t trusted. They’ve been doing far worse shit for YEARS, it’s just now that they’re finally receiving any type of actual consequences for their actions because of cameras and those willing to fight for the victims of police brutality (like that lawyer). It also helps the general public when videos like this are made so we are aware of the corruption! Well done!

    • @bradcrosier1332

@@OJuggernautO- Exactly! This is where some in minority communities miss the mark. Some are intent on claiming a unique victimhood, rather than using the universality of the problematic a rallying point for EVERYONE to get behind. Instead of the argument In This Day makes, the better argument would be: “See, even a tiny, white grandmother isn’t safe from corrupt police who face little or no accountability.”

    • @OJuggernautO
      @OJuggernautO 3 ปีที่แล้ว

@@bradcrosier1332 Haha, I was going to actually add almost verbatim exactly what you said in that initial reply (except for the last part of course, lol).
Everyone understands minorities and also poorer people are definitely targeted more. But they tend to miss the underlying point. Yes, of course some of the time it’s just blatant racism. However, the underlying issue is that if they think they can get away with it, it literally does not matter what you your ethnicity is, how old you are, your gender, your nationality, etc. All they care about is whether or not they get caught. That’s where race and class come into play unfortunately.
Regardless of all of that, the main thing is they abuse their power against just about every type of person. So when you single out and imply that minorities are the only ones effected, or imply that white people for instance don’t really have to deal with it, not only is that not true, you’re ruining a chance for us all to come together. It shouldn’t be a competition of “who gets mistreated the worst by police”. Because first of all, you’d have to quantify that based on a generality. More importantly, you absolutely SHIFT the focus off the actual problem at hand, and cause infighting, arguments, disagreements, etc that are COMPLETELY unnecessary.
We need to come together and be allies on this issue. It demonstrably effects us all. The more numbers we have to combat this (to be clear, not physically “combat”), the better off we will be. The phrase “strength in numbers” absolutely applies here.

4:45 “Do you know what crime she has committed?” The implication being that she has already been found guilty of a crime by virtue of the fact that an officer contacted her and used enough force to cause grave bodily injury. The entitlement and privilege expressed in that sentence speaks volumes.

Totally agree!!!
To further joke about her mental and physical conditions later was simply despicable.

this lady was accused of allegedly stealing $13.86 worth of crap from walmart. she tried to pay when an employee pointed out she forgot to pay, but they refused and called the police. Then the lady was brutalized while walking home, picking wildflowers.
all these police are monsters, doing this to an ederly lady with dementia, and threatening the witness.
Also, once again with 911? Whos life was threatened or in danger? This is misuse of 911.
