sofra is a place where we eat our meals, you put a piece of clothing at the floor and eat your meals at the floor. of course nowadays so many turkish prefer eating in a modern tables but as someone who oftenly visits her grandparent, i should say that our grandparents love eating at sofra. i should really say that i love my culture because it has very rich dishes, and it depends on which parts of turkey you go. in different places, you will face different stiles of dishes. there isn't definite way of cooking traditional dishes because people who are from different areas cook it very differently. if you ever come to turkey, i would advice to go the rural areas and buy really good quality food with a cheap price instead of buying it very expensive in the urban areas like Istanbul or Ankara. The food at the urban areas might not be the best option to choose, they are also overpriced. 因为疫情，三年没有回上海了，很想念，有机会去新加坡旅游期待能见妹妹，我就喜欢上海妹妹，也许没有女儿，只有三个宝贝儿子老二老三在美国当海军，己三年没见了，很想儿子
