Nice video, Thank you! As most Moroccan dishes mix the sauce with the food when eating with Fork & Knife, one doesn't get the most out of the taste, unlike when eating with hand (of course washing them before & after each time one eats).
we don't mix the couscous with the tagine! You have to cut the bread into small pieces and enjoy! the tea is left at the end. If you choose couscous without vegetables and without meat, it's best to accompany it with leben (little fermented milk). Bon appétit 😋

@@walid3397 yes usually with grilled sardines there are bones to remove, the stuffed sardines are deboned before they are stuffed and fried, so no need to remove any bones because they are already gone 😉

We tried a camel meat tagine when we were in Fes, it was soo tasty, check it out here: th-cam.com/video/piww91XYO2k/w-d-xo.html It's hard to pick a favourite town to be honest, but two that really stood out to us were Essaouira and Chefchaouen, they were both very beautiful and unique, we also really enjoyed Fes as well! Cut a little piece of bread (small not big) hold is with 3 fingers, it serve as spoon and collect little bit of chicken and any other vegs you have, the breads automatically absorb the sauce then eat it. It’s like a miniature sandwich. Then you repeat the same till full. That’s how we eat
