If u r not hitting those numbers even with her signature then you are doing very bad rotations ... Like u need zhezhi outro skill buff to hit max numbers . U can't hit those number by just have her in the team .
tbh this could never happen in many ways jinshis main advantage is that you are almost everytime in air so you dont need to care about dodging as much as XLY
