I think most players don't use this team cause havoc Rover is a bit powerful than spectro one. Tbh, I think Spectro Rover is quite underrated and it doesn't help when most CCs just look at it as "support" character when in reality spectro rover can hit quite hard at S6 that everyone should have by now
