What is the maximum ram size in the fq5111tu laptop ? In amazon it is 16 gb but crucial it is 64 gb whcoh to trust please reply

Can we upgrade ssd ? In this laptop?
This model comes with only one SSD m.2 nvme 512GB. If need to upgrade more storage need remove the 512GB ssd m.2 nvme.
Can I insert a second ssd into this laptop?
There is no space for 2nd ssd in this model
