What happens if I add presets with different values to the same cue. For example, what if I add a red color and a blue color for the same fixture to a cue.

@@garyh4458 it will produce the average of both values. So two presets with a light at 100% and 0% will cause that light to go to 50%

@@Quiksilver6565 I would not have expected that. What happens if the values have to do with rotation? Would it average out the values and maybe move in an unpredictable manner?

Can you use multiple USB DMX adapters with Lightkey? We have Onyx with 3 universes and it's a pain in the behind!

I haven’t tried it personally, but I’m fairly sure you can

Not sure but was trying to figure out if theres a way to set presets to slow down or speed up movers?

Any DMX value can be stored as a preset, so if your movers have a speed control channe;, then you can absolutley do that. For FX speeds, I'm not sure if there is a way, but I simply haven't played with it!

Do you create Hazer Presets or do You use cues to start and stop your hazer?

Vincent Ennis you can really do either. At our campuses we might put the hazer in the cue if we know it always needs to be on at a certain time, but you can also just click on the preset while the cue is running, and as long as that preset is highlighted , the hazer will run.
Alternatively, you could create on and off presets, the select them both, right click on them and hit “create sequence.” Then, the hazer will turn on and off at whatever interval you set for the “hold” time on the two presets.
You can even add that sequence in all your cues so the hazer comes on at a consistent interval through your whole service!
