Finally a channel that shows how to redo landscaping! Watched two videos and already learned you can reuse grass you dig up, and how to put down rock easier. Keep videos coming! Landscaping and pavers look great.
The landscape at that house is beautiful. I like those interlocking edges. It's alot of work putting those in but you two made it look easy. Great job!🤩❤
Fantastic job guys. The yard was already gorgeous but what the two of you did..outstanding! Look forward to more video's. Blessings from Harpersville,Al.
What a beautiful job done on the landscaping! You took it from ordinary, but well kept, to extraordinary. The wider garden beds around the tree & mailbox seem to enlarge the yard. While the older brick borders were sufficient, you brought in pavers that are just the right scale & color to stand out. Instead of straight borders, you livened things up with interesting curves. A little landscaping fabric under fresh crushed stone adds to the look. I love the wagon wheels & your lovely home. The flowers & plants look stunning. Now that's something to be proud of! Great job!
Working in the yard was so enjoyable to me when I was younger; it was my zen. I can't do it anymore due to physical restraints. I'm so happy to have found your channel. You are such a good role model as a dad. Teaching your son a good work ethic, skill/art building, how to run a business and the most important your time. A father son business. I'll be waiting for future videos. Great job!!!!
I believe their hosta are too close to the AC unit. It needs more room around it for air intake, it was too loud and seemed to be struggling. But you guys did a fabulous job!! Bravo!
We have been busy and the heat is amazing it is 108 today so our front yard looks terrible. It is over grown and I hope the city does not notify us. Thank you for helping there.
Hope they don't change their mind about the rock. Looks awesome. I had put some rock down in a very small area in my yard years ago and eventually decided I didn't like it any more. OMG - what a nightmare to remove it.
Nice job but I would rather have itat 2 brick high because the garden is higher than the brick and the brick at 1 brick high is going to sink and do the same thing before. A wider brick would be a better choice.
Good question, The black dirt was put back to fill gaps back in so grass can grow on the edge . That’s way when the home owner mows their lawn they can ride right on tops of the edger and they won’t have to do any trimming
@@BeforeAfterChannel2022 , to be used as a mowing edge, shouldn’t the blocks have had a layer of crushed stone (paver base) put under them to keep them from shifting and sinking? And those curves and corners around the house look awful sharp for a mower to follow. Was going right along the old edge line your idea or the homeowners?
Other than the fact that the original bricks shifted I can’t see much difference between the old and new. But nice result in general. What state are you in? Seems that putting stones down is the thing there. I’m worried that you didn’t bother to blur out the homeowner’s names and address. I suggest that you go back to the video and edit out their names and address. There are too many crazies out there and it can be dangerous. You wouldn’t want your name and home address out for the world to see, I’m sure. You should know better.

I wished you lived in So. Cal. I would higher you. You and your son do beautiful work.
Good work.
Thank you
How long did that job take? How you work on your knees that long and get up is amazing! Your son is a tremendous helper!
gorgeous yard! Would to have that yard. Definitely not NC. No red clay!!!
Thanks
Good job measuring the amount of rock needed.
💪🏼
Hope they don't change their mind about the rock. Looks awesome. I had put some rock down in a very small area in my yard years ago and eventually decided I didn't like it any more. OMG - what a nightmare to remove it.
Like what you are doing
Thanks
Did the home owners want the bricks to go closer to the plants, nice job.
Why are these edgers better than the brick ones that they had? What does the dirt you put around them do? Looks nice but lots of hard work. FLNana
Because the edgers we put in are flush with ground easier to mow . Dirt is just to fill in gaps where we dig out
Beautiful work. Just curious why you didn't recycle all the bricks?
Thanks yes we did
Where do I find the plastic landscaping paper?
Nice job but I would rather have itat 2 brick high because the garden is higher than the brick and the brick at 1 brick high is going to sink and do the same thing before. A wider brick would be a better choice.
U did a great job I'm new subscriber. I wonder did u notice that u show their address on the vedio.
Welcome , yes I did noticed that thank you
You should blur that out in the future.
Nice edging...but, to much rock.
I agree much healthier for plants and looks cleaner if mulch is used.. I think.
Also I know they just did what they were allowed to, and great job!
Why was the black dirt put along edge of bricks, hard to see new bricks
Good question, The black dirt was put back to fill gaps back in so grass can grow on the edge . That’s way when the home owner mows their lawn they can ride right on tops of the edger and they won’t have to do any trimming

Nice job but I wish you would tell us what you are doing. I hear you cutting but don’t know why…
