Took the course 3 exam yesterday... Got 69%. Questions were EXTREMELY confusing, I was scoring high 80's & 90's on PassIt and really felt confident going into it. Almost every single question was a "Which of the following is Accurate-" A ton on Warranty/New Build, and Agreement To Lease, knowing what rights Tenants have. Ugh. Scheduling next week for the re-take! Hoping this helps clear my mind and set me straight!! Thanks for your content as per usual Callum!!!!

Just about to take the C3 exam this friday, do you have any tips on maybe specific modules to focus on ( i see you mentioned the types of questions you mostly saw in your first comment) or maybe just any specific general topic/form that I should heavily revise? Feeling confident with passit rn but everyone always says that its tricky and I just want to be as prepared as possible. Thanks!

Hi Callum, I hope you will see/read/respond before my exam this Friday. I just purchased your course 3 exam master mini course, and so far I am absolutely loving it! my question is, with all the recent updated to the exams, is this mini course still going to be applicable now?

Hey so I guess it will depend. Personally I don't drive far to show properties. There are amazing ways to refer clients to specialist in other areas. But I do know agents that drive EVERYWHERE. So it will depend on the business you grow as far as time spent on the road. 👍
I lost the C3 retake as well...I was soo confident I got the retake right but it was a bummer!....do we really have to buy the course again or does humber make any exceptions?
