Sure! You can freeze them. Just be cautious because rice paper tends to stick together. If you want to freeze them, individually wrap each one in plastic wrap to prevent them from sticking, then store them in a Ziplock bag or container. Thanks for the good question!😊🙏

These are wonderful and definitely in saved in plaidy for easy reference. We use Italian flavored bread crumbs and do same with zucchini eggplant sliced in rounds and can be dipped in beaten egg, first - delicious ‼️ Thank you so much🥰

To prevent the rice paper from tearing, briefly dip it in cold water and use it immediately. If you soak it for too long, it becomes too soft and tears easily. Another method is to use two layers of rice paper instead of one. Wrap the filling with one layer, then wrap it again with another layer. This helps prevent tearing and keeps the moisture from the filling inside, so it won’t splatter when frying. Also, using an appropriate amount of oil can help prevent splattering. @@chungskfood Thank you so much, I will try your method again. I use Olive oil or coconut oil, I have used avocado oil, but I’m not keen on the avocado oil. For health reasons I don’t use vegetable or peanut oil, I only shallow pan fry. I’ll try till I get it right. 😉

It's a springboard for invention, a way to use up leftovers or random ingredients from the garden or freezer to invent new combinations. Have you considered making a series of dessert dumplings? Fruit bites, tiny cheesecakes, sweet noodles with edible flowers...

One question? My paper got so sticky, it stuck to everything even the board I was rolling on, what did I do wrong?

But the rice paper should be cooked before eating them? In some of your recipes, rice paper isn’t cooked after wrapping up cooked food.
Technically, It doesn't need to be cooked. It can be eaten both ways. It has a chewy texture when not cooked. It's crispy when cooked.
