Interesting video… I was born and bred in Bradford but have been lucky enough to have lived and worked in many places across the UK and the world. Unfortunately, I always find myself back in Bradford and as far as I’m concerned, it’s a dire and miserable place to survive. I’m often embarrassed to tell people I’m from Bradford.

Bradford has a lot to offer, it's sad that there has been a racial divide there, and I do recall the riots that happened as I'm only one city over. I love the houses in Bradford, so many gorgeous stone properties and the shopping whilst not as good as here in Leeds (C'mon I have to say that) , it's still worth going for. I spent a LOT of time ice skating and shopping there over the years. Like any city it has high crime, but it also has a lot going for it. As you enter Bradford from the Pudsey side you definitely notice a change in area with a lot of curry houses and other Asian shops, so much to go check out, it's like a piece of India/Pakistan shopping without the travel costs and the curries are the best.

Maybe look into an independent coffee/danishbrunch cafe in the centre! £3.50 flat white with oat milk
      £1.50 danish and £10.00 brunch.

Yes imo it's probably one of the best independent businesses in Bradford, its quite small and quaint though, not very open to the public eye however its quite exceptional nonetheless. And personally I don't think it's too far from the city centre from my walks there, if by city centre you mean the city park, if you know where you're going it shouldn't take you longer than 10 minutes to get there so long as you're "briskly" walking lol. I've been to cafe liza only a few times though, however my go to drinks would be either the cappuccinos or pineapple and honey ice cream cocktails with a smoked cheese jalapeño and sundried tomato panini, excellent combination I'd say.

Bradford city centre is like many others in the UK with closed shops loads of off licences, the beggars mostly made up of cider drinking shop lifting alcoholics and druggies. The surrounding areas to the centre where asian migrants settled have a thriving foodie scene mostly vibrant in the evenings and ofcourse the crazy bad driving from smart whip sucking balloon heads, that said like most of the UK the drugs trade, scams, and fraudelant activity are prevalent here but the worst issue of this city is the division, too much racism from within, the outskirts of Bingley saltaire denholme baildon etc you'll find much more affluent. The islamophobia and racism is obvious reason this city has a bad rep. But for young hard working second geno muslim man this is a great city we have the obvious cons that exist everywhere but the pros are halal food and mosques on every corner and cheap houses in affluent areas following white flight in the areas of heaton have less riffraf i.e rest of central bradford is like working class mixed with chav sink estate people thus lack of investment and poorly run clowncil creating a massive shthole.
