Excellent rendition! None of Frank's music is easy, and you folks dove right in. Props to the drummer as this is no walk in the park on the skins. Music is the best!
Been a FZ & Mothers fan since '71..living in Southern California was ideal to catch shows and I was lucky enough to see them 5 years straight on new years eve. Made me appreciate music in a totally new way. These guys in the video did an awesome job with Zombie Wolf...not easy stuff to cover
Holy smokes! Great googly moogly! This is phenomenal! Great arrangement! Brilliant and creative execution! I’m listening again… and again Thank you so much for this goodness 🎉
Wish I had of been there, I know all the words and this is one of my favorite songs of all time, I'm over 50 now. rock on ! Movin to Montana next! 3:27 I got chills.
Great playing from all. Including the drummer. Got into Zappa back in '71. Got to see him a few times (20+) You guys are good. When the 2nd guitar started playing quiet and slow, it reminded me of Billy the Mountain on Playground Psychotics. About 20:00. Listen to when Zappa goes quiet and slow. Listen to Dunbar. How he takes the beat slow and builds up to some amazing drumming. A bit more Dynamics. It was a Fine Tune. :) Had to subscribe. Must be that 40% Norwegian in me.
Im thinkin im not even gonna listen to the original and make some empty comparison...i enjoyed this only knowing it was a zappa track, all i know of zappa is really Joe's Garage but i enjoyed a lot so thanks. 👍
Zappa aurait bien rigolé en voyant ces zombis avec leurs stupides masques ! Zappa, c'était avant tout penser par soi-même et ne pas être un mouton devant sa TV. Zappa would have laughed when he saw these zombies with their stupid masks! Zappa was above all about thinking for yourself and not being a sheep in front of your TV.
Ok - the guitarists are great! BUT DAMN! The drummer is ferocious!!!! Awesome!
Drummers are!!!
having to simulate Ralph Humphrey is a nasty job

So good! And both great solos. The first guy, Elias Solberg Skjellum's sounds at times like Kazumi Watanabe, which both rare and fabulous.
