mines a non CA model, mine just had a cap there behind the throttle body. I Used that port for the BOV and a Y fitting for the boost refrence line for the FPR on the E85 Pump kit, and Yes its a RIPPER on E85
This is what I got from EVO. "Dean, I like the new video. However t bolts clamps are included now, I’m not sure why the first few kits didn’t have them. We also designed and machined a special T fitting for the evap models which are included in all kits as well."

It's basically a Harbor freight copy. Works great!
So on Evo’s website they say to reuse factory clamps, so I’m assuming you have to buy the heavy duty clamps separate ? they don’t come with the tubes?
