It's so surreal to be 24 weeks, especially after 6 years of trying. I've only gained 10 pounds but she is actually a few days bigger when measured. Not complaining but the back pain lack and of sleep are my main symptoms. May God bless all of the pregnant mommies

Am so excited for my wife, first pregnancy and she keeps telling me how the baby moves actively all the time. She kicks around the bladder and makes her want to pee even wen she has just peed. She has heartburns but we r all happy about the experience. Cant wait to hold my baby princess. 🥰

Nose congestion, shortness of breath, less sleep/difficulty falling asleep, increase in appetite but a smaller stomach. Ah, the perks of being pregnant! XD Not complaining, it could be worse! It's just ...so fast! One day you're fine the next is, "what the heck is going on?!"

Hi Istar, from the looks of this - if your cervix is prone to opening too soon you have an incompetent cervix or weak cervix. There is a medical fix for this. Your doctor has to perform a cervical cerclage on you. This procedure will save the life of your baby and your cervix will not open. Typically one should proactively get the cerclage at 13 weeks if you know your cervix opens up top soon. However an emergent cerclage can also be done and should work just fine. Your cervix should stay closed till 36 weeks.

I’m 24 weeks today!! Unfortunately I’m in hospital (not a maternity one) due to a bad staph and chest infection I’m on a lot of IV antibiotics and on my 4th week in hosp please pray for me and my baby💙

24 weeks today with my third son named Kody. Experiencing a lot of lower back pain. Not as hungry as I should be. Was in the hospital this past Sunday (3 days ago) and got two bags of IV fluids and some nausea IV medication, it helped somewhat. This pregnancy is going by way too fast, seems like yesterday I found out I am pregnant! Took me 4 years to get pregnant and battled 2 years of infertility problems, I pray my son is healthy and I have a smoothe safe delivery. I get ultrasounds done every 4 weeks, so it is nice the doctors keep me updated. Not rushing it, but I look forward to meeting my little fighter miracle. Good luck and God bless all the pregnant moms and moms who just had their babies, babies and kids are the greatest gift life can ever give you! 🤰👶👨👩👧💙💜🙌🙏

@@arthurlotanna5747 thank you so much, it means a lot. I am now almost 32 weeks pregnant, a lot has happened since I last posted this comment you replied to. So we roughly have 6 to 9 weeks before I give birth, the final countdown. As long as my son is ok, I will be ok. I can give birth to my son anywhere between March 31st and April 21st, so not too much longer now 💙💜🙌🙏

24 weeks + 1 day. I was reading through some of the other comments. It's so bizarre how everyone has different symptoms. So for me, I have absolutely no back pain, no headaches, no indigestion, no heartburn, no leg pain, really no type of pain at all. On the downside... I still vomit three to five times per day😩 I've been sick like this since week 6. NASUEA & Vomiting no matter what I eat after EVERY meal. I'm MISERABLE because of this😢 Just wonder if the sickness will get better anytime soon. I feel like I'm in the bathroom every 30 minutes to go pee😵😵. All throughout the night I'm up peeing every hour. Anyone else peeing like this? Doctor says I don't have a UTI. Just the increasing pressure of my uterus and the baby growing on my bladder. Also, baby moves alot!! I often wonder if the little guy ever sleeps because he moves soooooo much from the time I wake up till the time I go to bed at night. All thru out the day he's kicking and turning around in there. I often nudge my belly to say hi & he kicks back😀 I also talk to him. Tell him I love him & can't wait to meet him. Girl yes I have been peeing all night long, and I’m starting to feel in comfortable at night 😩 I’m happy to be a mommy but these sleepless nights are no joke.

I hope your doctor gave you some meds or some IV therapy, or both! If you haven’t checked out the website HER Foundation, it’s wonderful for hyperemesis info for both patients and care givers. 3-5 times a day is definitely hyperemesis, and it should be treated. I had it especially in my first trimester (ended up hospitalized, lots of weight loss, multiple meds). Thankfully it has cleared up enough for me now that I only have all day morning sickness and no vomiting. But I feel your pain! It is truly so miserable. There is also a great group on facebook called Hyperemesis Gravidarum with 4000 members who also suffer. :) I’m also 24 weeks - due Feb 25, 2021!
I am the same here I’m 24 weeks since yesterday. But I wake up every night to go and have a hard time to sleep again and once I do start to fall asleep again, I gotta pee again 😭

I just wanna cry when I see people's comments of 10 months ago, 1 year ago, Chile I can't wait to deliver my baby girl 😍😭😍❤️😘 yall making me wanna fast forward things 😥 m 24 weeks today and very excited, third trimester here we come by the grace of God, and I thank God I have no complications and, only heartburn but it's not extreme just normal heartburn one would have when not pregnant, m feeling at my best, no vomiting, no stretch marks, m even more fresh now than before 😍

Pregnancy symptoms vary woman by woman, it's not abnormal to feel more hungry as week by week goes.
I am almost 24 weeks, my tummy is getting bigger but I am getting more hungry. I thought when the belly gets bigger, I will not be able to eat much because the space of the intestine will get smaller 🙄😁
Finally I’m eating again. I get full quick but at least I can eat I was super sick 10-21 weeks. I love cereal lol well my son does

My only symptoms rt now are restless sleep and some heart burn. My boobs have pretty much gone back to normal-they’re not continuously growing anymore or sore. My skin is always itchy, so after I shower I put on body butter which helps.

I have most of these symptoms especially the mood changes suddenly.like to sleep more and fatigue all the time especially I am a working mother of a boy
i'm 24 weeks tomorrow, having trouble sleeping at night due to my bulging tummy. I had my cbc 5 days ago ang my hemoglobin is at 8.65 g/dL only. last month i had the same hemoglobin count at 8.6 and i was given 18mg fortified Heme Iron 2x a day. My hemoglobin count did not increase. My OB changed my supplement to 200mg ferrous sulfate TID for 30 days which I'm taking now. As of now, I'm still feeling a lightheadedness, shortness of breath and always tired.
I know this is late, my ferritin levels were low, doctors should be checking this before you ever get severely anemic like that. 3arrows Iron repair has worked for me personally without the constipating effects. Low iron & other nutrients can cause insomnia & low blood pressure.
Second child, first son, and I can't wait to see this little guy. He's been active everyday and minute 😅 getting heavier everyday 😮

24 weeks and I'm still sick and in bed most days lol can't wait til it's time. This baby has been a storm for me but after 2 miscarriages I'm okay with it.

24 weeks I got round ligament pain, baby kicks a lot and keeps me up, hungry at weird times and fatigue. 😓 but I feel fine most of the time.

Hopefully no Linea Negra line yet but who knows 😁 there s still a whole trimester to follow... Have some little back pain and cramps like twice per week, but not that extreme.
Maybe some stretch mark prevention creme will help accompanied with pregnancy yoga exercises.

Some women, especially first pregnancies do not feel kicks at 24 weeks. I am 24weeks and figured out how to push my baby. Sit up in bed with pillows behind my back or play lullabies on my phone and place the phone on my abdomen.

Cervix are short some. Generally like to see 30mm your roughly 19mm. By now you're 32 weeks. I hope you're well and so is your bundle of joy!

I have pain in left upper abdomen while sleeping on my left side, it is very sharp active and targeted pain in upper abdomen right under my left side breast. suffering from sleepless nights also, less sleep, short breath sometimes, vaginal pain while moving on bed which is not very sharp but still there. kindly advise me ASAP
