Mack has shown zero signs of slowing down. He will be the type of man that plays at a respectable level till he retires.

Switching from 3-4 to a 4-3 is going to be big for the entire defense but especially for Bosa and Mack⚡️⚡️⚡️

I've always preferred the 4-3.

@@mikegrissom3357 Watch the TH-cam “Guilty as Charged” where Cody Alexander is the guest. He breaks down the Minter defense. Minter runs a modernized version of the Tampa 2, lots of disguised coverages and post snap movement by DB and LBs. This will be mostly a 3-4 front, not 4-3 (not sure where you got that). You will see a lot of false looks that look like one this, but run another. Zone that looks like man, man that looks like zone, high cap with quarters being run underneath, etc. Martindale developed the initial scheme, improved by MacDonals and even better run by Minter. This evolved out of the Ravens defensive schemes and is really exciting for me so see how he deploys it. The high turn over rate in college ball, also shows that is is adaptable to the personal you have, as long as you can coach it up and teach the techniques. Communication is incredibly important in this scheme. Not trying to make you look bad, just wanted to head off false hopes if you are totally sold on a 4-3 front.
