- In today's vlog we head to Universal Studios to see what's new this week! We finally got to see the newest Tribute Store and all of the awesome merch and easter eggs inside! The store is themed as a classic small town movie theater and each room is dedicated to classic movie like, E.T., Jaws and Back to the Future! You could spend all day in the store just looking at all of the details throughout each room. Then we head out and talk about some of the HHN rumors swirling around, what houses would you like to see at this year's event? Let us know in the comments down below! We end the day by trying some new Summer snacks and treats. Some were hits and some were misses but we were happy to try them all! We hope you had fun hanging out with us at Universal today! Jaws came out June 20,1975. Jaws 2 came out 1978. The Jaws ride opened June of 1990.
I was thinking the same. I was a young kid when it came out, and it was a lot earlier than 1990, LOL

They should make that a permanent store!!! How amazing!!! The tribute store should always be this theming especially with the 80’s stranger things hype right now! The theming is impeccable and it’s nice to see nods to the old rides we all miss
I feel like they missed the opportunity to call the treat a "Doc Brown-ie" It would fit in perfect with Tim's dad jokes.

The Push Pop should’ve also been, Doc Browns science syringe or something. The fishbowl could’ve also been ET’s flower pot as well if they wanted to do that but the Jaws Fish Bowl was perfect and probably the best themed dessert, the ET in a basket being close second.

That tribute store looks amazing.....my childhood all in one place.
That street interaction is sooooo much better than meeting someone in furry costume that’s been sitting in the sun for years. They just have fun in character interactions that seemed to be more based in legit improv than some kind of act.
Love that they decided to do a summer movies tribute store--so many cool things that take me back to my childhood, especially for Back to the Future and ET! And I'm all for making push cake pops a thing!

That's the same Jaws glass that came out previously ; along with one for King Kong, E.T, and Back to Future?; 1990 is the ride opening date. Loving these tribute stores!

Man I forgot how busy Universal gets in the summer. I always go early during HHN or during the off-season. I'm used to see the Minion wait time being 10 minutes at best. 90 minutes is insane - summer is here for sure

Back to the Future is one of my favorite film series, aside from Jurassic Park; it’s so cool that you get to see the Easter eggs scattered throughout each section. I wish I would’ve been there to check it out.

9:32 Actually the movie "Jaws" came out in 1975, but the actual ride came as one of the first attractions Universal Studios Florida had to offer for over 20 years before its closure in 2012
Now to watch those movies. It has been years since I watched them.

*Universal Studios Orlando* is so far behind for HHN, I am sure you know that *Universal Studios Hollywood* already has some HHN Houses/Mazes up. I believe there at least six Houses/Mazes so far. BTW I miss *Back To Future: The Ride* and *E.T* at Universal Studios Hollywood.
I am sure the houses are still being built they just have not yet been announced.

It’s a tribute store to Amblin Entertainment I believe. I had the red velvet shark bowl and the gummy shark and frosting were the best part
My math teacher works for universal and she claimed that a ride similar to pets will be going where Shrek was. She said it’s the same type of cart and pets will be a theme but it’ll be changed out every so often. Idk if it is 100 percent accurate but that is what she claimed 🤷
Tim, I LOVE that Tribute store! WOW! 😀I am missing out on all this fun stuff LOL. This Universal is soooo different from the Hollywood location(down 5 miles from me.) I'm saving this for my hubby to see.

Also they announced Halloween will have a house this year! I remember y’all videos going to the HHN I think in 2015? The house facade looked so cool; it’s going to be neat to see what they do this time around.
Universal is doing a bit more streetmosphere than Disney at the moment; I was so shocked visiting magic kingdom and universal back to back; I keep wondering what Disney is waiting on.
This is also my favourite tribute store so far! Christmas 2020 was my favourite then the icons HHN, but this one just has my whole heart, especially back to the future. I know it probably won’t happen but I think a hill valley area when simpsons runs out it’s contract would be so cool!
I tried the fishbowl dessert, I did like it, but it was a bit pricey. Kind of enjoyed the jar of dirt from the Jurassic world tribute store better.

Best Cuban sandwiches in Orlando are in this fantastic little spot in Casselberry called "Cubans on the run" for like $6 you get a larger good quality Cuban. you will not be disappointed.

They closed monsters Cafe after memorial day. Not much after but they did wait for the weekend to complete before closing it.
