I already bought Hesi Comprehensive review for Nclex- Rn Examination, 4th Edition. Looking to sign up on Uworld as well. I also have Saunders Nclex- Rn Examination, 6th Edition. Sorry I'm asking too many questions. I just want to be sure I have the right materials for the Hesi exam. Then the Nclex cos my school gives just 3 chances nd I wanna give it one good shot only. But I'll prefer to use Uworld if it will help me with Hesi exit cos I need to pass hesi to be able to sit for nclex. Please advice me i need more than Uworld to prepare for Hesi Rn exit. @@Nursejanx I would have to agree. My school used ati but I bought u world which really got me used to the hardest of the hard questions. When I got select all that apply questions on the nclex, they felt easy after uworld. Ati is ok but not enough exposure to difficult select all that apply questions.

very similar, but nclex question stem is confusing. They like to throw some additional word like intolerance in symptoms, so it hard to figure out if this symptom should be on the list on not

Vitals should be established first so they can be reported to the doc

My school used hesi. I personally also used saunders. But I think Hurst and Uworld are both the best programs
