This is the collab I did with Erin, from @ErinSews where we take you into the world of a very full pattern. This pattern is from @StyleArcSewingPatterns , and the pattern is the Porter Woven Pack pattern. This collab will be a journey... once a month for 4 months, (July, Aug, Sep and Oct) Erin and I will bring you our version of the selected pattern of the month... sounds exciting eh!!

I KNOW RIGHT. Check out Erin’s. She made to length… I am so three kids ago (one set of twins) shy of a cropped top!!!
I might make it another 5 cm longer. It was ok with the vest as I wanted the shirt out the bottom look 🤔

Hi Stacey, great review of the pattern. I liked how you explained all the alterations you did ..10cms to the body length is perfect amount for you I reckon even tho you feel you want it a bit longer. . Rookie error on sleeve length selection! Very chic evening shirt.. it looks dressy. Love it ❤❤
To be honest Deb I hate making Rookie errors, considering it was sheer laziness not to open my pattern to check 🙄, but I will not hide that kinda error for people to realise even vintage whoops I mean seasonal sewers can make big fluffs …. I’m still in two minds on correcting that mistake 🤔
Yes 10cm was a good amount eh… maybe 15 depending on the fabric mes think?🤔
