I booked flight OV104 from Dubai to Muscat and we were originally meant to depart at 8.10, the flight then got delayed to 10.25 and we are now boarding the flight at 11.45. When the flight got delayed a second time no one was informed and the airport staff said we can have McDonald’s. Seriously? This is very unprofessional, there are several people on connecting flights, families with children and people who just want to know whats going on! As a matter of fact if you at least told us we got delayed a second time that could have been the least you could’ve done! Employees didn’t know what was going on in the airport and sent us in circles from the Dnata staff to the information desk. I want to support our local airlines but seriously disappointed with how this delay was dealt with Salamair 👎
