I just like Thunderbird 350 but not 350x, I feel like previous Thunderbird uses to give us a feel of Cruiser bike but this new 350x looks like a toy...
What you are talking about is the handlebar. Change the handlebar to the original thunderbird handlebar and it will give you that thunderbird non x version feel
