Another aspect regarding Americans not having passports, is that they don't have the same workers rights regarding holiday time and sick pay. So many people quite literally don't have the time to travel
Atlanta to Nashville is only a 4-hour drive. You could have just rented a car in Atlanta and drove to Nashville, it would have been a lot cheaper than buying three more plane tickets. And you had to rent a car in Nashville anyways. It might have only been a one-hour flight, but when you factor in the layover and the process of getting off another plane you really didn't save that much time either by flying. A lot of Americans like myself won't fly unless the destination is 10-12 hours or longer drive. I have all older cars that I don't trust, but Hertz always has unlimited miles and cheap prices.
Aidan: What would be your go to way to kill yourself? Me: Jesus Aidan! What kind of question is that? Gaynor, without even batting an eye: I'd hang me self. Me: Oh.. well.. carry on then! 🤣 I love you guys so much! lol
In American football drops kicks are actually allowed on field goal and extra point tries. When Doug Flutie was a QB for the Patriots some 20 years ago he did a drop kick for an extra point attempt and made it successfully. It's just that nobody tries it anymore because a conventional field goal is much more accurate.
When I was in the UK and these British girls asked me where I was from, I said New York because everyone knows about New York. I could even say NYC but NY encompasses all of that anyway.
I’m Texan and I always say I’m Texan. I know if I say I’m from the US then even though I have a pronounced accent people are still going to ask me what part of the US. Even here when I travel outside of the state and people hear me talk they ask me where I’m from. You know
Affordability is a HUGE part of why Americans don't travel abroad. It is too expensive for many. To be fair. I'm an American and have been abroad a lot. But most of my family and friends have not. It's time off work and expense.
2:27 Field goal (worth 2 points) is after a touchdown (worth 7 points) was made, and the B roll Laurence shared was a kickoff starting a new play for the opposite team from those who kicked the ball. Touch downs cannot occur unless the ball is within one's hands. 8:11 The Toronto Blue Jays are the only team in the American League (AL) not based in a US city. They have even won two AL pennants and won the WS 2x in '92 & '93.
After a touchdown there is a 'free kick' to get the ball to the other team at the start of their possession. And it's not accurate to say American bread has more sugar. Whatever that bread is it's not a majority nor is it called American bread in the US. Maybe he means the type of white bread popular in children's sandwiches. But most people in my experience don't eat that. No friends or acquaintances I have buy it. Also while a lower percentage of Americans have passports compared to UK subjects, keep in mind that still means more than twice as many Americans than Brits have passports.
The increase in American Passports is because after 9/11 (2001) they required a passport to go to Mexico, and that's where we go to for Spring Break and Vacations and Instagram Posts.
Back in the day I went to Tijuana from San Diego and they never required a passport crossing the border. I went to the UK and the boarding pass agent never even gave me a passport stamp. 😄
To be honest, I was a bit ignorant of what the differences were between England, Great Britain, and the UK as a whole. It wasn't until I started watching British TH-camrs that I started doing research on what the differences were, and, well, now I know, 😂. I don't have a passport myself, but I do remember when I was a teenager having the dream of going to visit Australia. Perhaps one day. If I do venture out of the state's, the UK and Ireland are on my bucket list, as well as Australia, lol. I need to explore my British and Irish heritage.

@@japcar84 flights to Nashville and other connecting airports are usually cheaper than terminating at the hub.

So, Gaynor is technically correct about drop kicks. They actually were somewhat common in NFL games in the 30s/40s.

touchdown is 6 points and field goal is 3 points

Last game I went to a game, 23 years ago, touchdowns were 7 and field goals were 2.

Canadians get really screwed on domestic travel. (Serves them right! LOL)
Don't you use sugar to activate yeast?
Gaynor is hilarious😊 Aiden asked her how would you kill yourself? Gaynor said she would hang me self😂
That’s so European.
