      @@Nastasya_Life correct just like me when im young im the one cleaning the house and wash cloths of my parents i,ve learn everything because my parents before very strict but i glad because they mold me in a good way when i am young and i teach also to my 3 kids specially cooking simple food for thier own if they stay alone away from parents or renting house near the school

    You can actually add potatoes to balance more the salt and pepper 🫑 to give aroma and flavor and i love how you perfectly cook the rice 🤤 in our family adobo we dont put sugar 😅 ❤️🇵🇭

    its a good thing your son knows how to cook, and you did a good job on that adobo and i notice you did not put oil in frying the meat which is good , my mom also do that , she dont put oil with the meat so the oil of the meat will cook it, its a healthy way ,

      The ingredient of butter garlic shrimp are 500 grams of shrimp, 7 gloves of garlic, soda or sprite for marinating the shrimp, butter ( UN salted)Tomato paste, oyster sauce and spring onions for garnish..

      After you wash the shrimp you will marinate first the shrimp in the soda at least 30 mins before cooking..

    Try pork menudo Filipino style.... its a tasty savory dish indredients of pork, cubed carrots, potato, (bell pepper), onion, garlic... soaked in tomato sauce..

      @@Nastasya_Life difference is on meat I belive kaldereta is beef ( with liver spread)... there is Afritada too usually chicken or tuna... btw u can add green peas for texture. . My pleasure

      @@Nastasya_Life u can search Google for lapaz batchoy & pancit molo. These 2 originated in Iloilo city and sprawled all over the 🇵🇭 it's a soup dish. Since the 1930's. For the delicacies try to search PINASUGBO, BISCOCHO, BANDI, or please do searche for ilonggo delicacies because I can't name it all there's so many☺️☺️😉👍🙏🇷🇺🇵🇭

    Nice to see kids eat and cook at a young age. Fun fact, Adobo here is not just meat. We have vegetable adobo where we use water spinach. A lot of our dishes can be vegetable-based instead of meat if you prefer it.

      @@Nastasya_Life Welcome! My Mom watch your videos too, she said if you want more garlic and onion flavour in your dishes, sauté the garlic first until brown or burnt and then caramalise the onions. You can do that in fried rice too.😊

      @@Nastasya_Life To caramelise onion just fry them with little oil, the natural sugar in the onion will caramelise. As for fried rice, it depends on the vegetables that you will add. If it's leafy vegetables, usually you add them last. Also, here the rice we use for fried rice is usually the leftover ones.

    actually you can combine pork and chicken in sdobo, it's called chicken pork adobo you can also add chopped potatoes, sweet potato, boiled eggs or any one of those and Even sliced eggplant, there's no absolute way of cooking adobo as long basic ingredients are present and the taste remains as the basic adobo, you're fine..
