Cheers Dean, bit different but I’m changing over the TC in 2018 X2. Had a nightmare with it. Sat nav was saying I was in the ocean. It was going to be either aerial or TC, ordered aerial replaced that and it didn’t help, so just waiting for TC to arrive from BMW but highly concerned it won’t work. (1000 in parts wasted if not) 😢
My e90 hase the base audio system and doesnt have bluetooth but has the buttons. Its an xdrive no but xdrive sceen. I was told my cars prewired for it and i just need the module, is this true doc?

What are you using to reprogram the mulf?
Any idea where to look, on my E60 the MOST isnt lighting up in the rear for the modules, it only turns on for few seconds after unlocking the car but then turns off and doesn't come back on but in the front I can see the iDrive sending the light constantly
When that module goes will it throw codes for other things? Mine got water on it (08 535) and I show kcan errors. Also seatbelt beeps to be buckled for passenger seat
Is it still plug and play without coding? Would u still here sound? My logic 7 blinks yellow and red. I tried another Bluetooth and still nothing. #67 fuse “video unit” kept blowing, so i put a bigger fuse and it stopped blowing the fuse. ONE YEAR WITHOUT RADIO ALREADY
On my 08 e90 I can’t seem to connect to my Bluetooth. That’s me assuming it has it fitted as when I press media I have the option for blue tooth and I have the hands free button on the wheel.
Hi i have F30 2015 and having issues playing music via Bluetooth it will take calls but music is choppy or goes silent would this he the issue or wokld it be the NBT radio

Does winkfp actually do the coding as well, I thought you had to use NCSExpert for the coding afterwards?
Is the BMW-Fast protocol a K-line (pin7 ) protocol like KWP-Fast?
Could you have tapped into the most bus to do this?
Did winkfp choose the correct version to program or did you have to do that manually?
This is the New automatic version you plug it up and it does everything for you codes , programs , picks the version needed and you sit back and relax they updated this last year for all automatic reading and updating

It's due to service, and so far, I used BMW long-life oil, but this time I'd like to use Liqui Moly oil.
Which one is better for my car? TOP TEC 4200 5W-30, LONGLIFE III 5W-30, TOP TEC 4600 5W-30, NACHFÜLL-ÖL 5W-30 or LONGTIME HIGH TECH 5W-30?

Another good video. Wonder if I have same issue. 2005 e85 Z4. Phone connects fine and stays connected until I connect with an out going or incoming call, then the Bluetooth connection is lost. Any ideas doc?

Yep lol I know thats the kind of people that watch I guess going on old school electronics that don't understand these newer technology no wonder they're cars get lit up like a xmas tree pulling fuses before diagnosis.

No different my friend there most fibre modules all take along time regardless cable , ICOM,Most connector it will take the same time thats why I use the cable as it doesn't make sense for all that for the same time

Hi mine beeps and kind freeze the i drive and audio goes out every 5 seconds, at first the bluetooth didnt work but the stereo was fine the bluethoot started working again and now it beeps and audio goes out every 5 seconds

So D nice vid, can I ask this question I`ve changed the MULF for a MULF2 BT module on my 2004 E46, do I need to get the VIN details changed to this module in order for the thing to work. I have a red light from the unit but it does not recognise the car. Any help greatly appreciated.

What's the point in using winfkp if you can write the vin in tool32 in seconds. Also the update of the software does nothing more.
Your very wrong indeed ! This was on the wrong software version therefore it needed to be on the correct software version to be able to work on the most network correctly clearly you have no idea how things work so it’s pointless explaining to people like you it’s like your trying to find out which I’m not there to help as such.
The fact is I can use tool32 and if I could have used that well I wouldn’t have done it this way but I had too Becsuse it wasn’t on the correct version.

I think it might, I’m having the same issue and it started whenever my Bluetooth module went out. I’m gonna replace mine tonight, lll get back to you to see if it solves the issue
