    Hi Coach. Sana magbigay din kau ng suggestion for those people who work at night. When is the right time to lift some weights, kelan ggwin ung fasting at kelan dpat kumain. Kailangan po bang baliktarin namin ang pagkain at gawin sa gabi instead na sa umaga?

    Coach, good day. Kilala niyo po ba si coach greg doucette?
    Nag we weight lifting po ako and i'm also a subscriber of coach greg. Accdg sa kanya, or at least as far as i can remember, it is advisable to take a pre workout before weight training that can give you energy. He prefers coffee. And meron din siyang product na pre workout protein powder yata yon. In relation to this video, i feel mejo related po. But i don't know in what way exactly. Can you maybe elaborate on it? Because i drink coffee two hours before my workout with one or two pieces of bread....for energy. I work out after the usual work hours from 6 to 8pm. So......your thoughts po coach?

    Para saken kinakain ko halos lahat ng carbs ko post workout (carb backloading). Depends sa workout if heavy or sakto lang.

    Coach, any suggestion po? I work monday-friday ng 8am-5pm sa office. MWF 6pm naman i hit the box and doing 30mins crossfit exercises. I dont eat breakfast po, usually lunch lang ang meal ko. At pagdating ng 4pm medyo gutom na. Much more pag mageexercise na po coach.

    hello coach,
    sometimes i went to the gym for my workout galing sa 16:8 fasting, during workout sessiin nman po water with chia seeds lang ang intake ko and im spending 2 to 2 1/2 hrs sa gym doing cardio, wt. lifting, planks and crunches then post workout dun lang ako kakain with less carbs pa din.. Im on a weight loss journey with pcos. Okay lang po ba kaya yung ganun routine ko? thank you in advance and more power to your channel

      You need to have thorough assessment with a dietitian especially if you have PCOS. 😊

    Maam Okey napo ba itong meal prep ko ang goal ko ay to build muscle and lose fat . I'm Skinny fat i think my fat percentage is 20-25% im on 2mos na nag ggym yung timbang ko hindi na baba nalaman ko ito yung body recomposition here's my prep meal every week for 5 days
    Morning : 3 boiled egg + Black Coffee
    lunch : 100g Lean Ground Beef 100g chicken Breast 200g Cooked Rice
    Meryenda: 100g Lean Ground Beef 100g Cooked Rice + whey protien
    Dinner: 100g Lean Ground Beef 100g chicken Breast 200g Cooked Rice
    ganyan meal prep ko mula monday to friday pag sat and sunday yung usually ko na ulam but still counting my calories per day 2055 t

    Thanks coach for this information. okay lang po ba yun coach na wala na akong pre-meal kasi early in the morning ang cardio ko like streching, jogging tapos mga basic body weight exercises. Coffee lng iniinom ko after water tapos exercise na po.

    Coach sa akin hirap mg prepare maaga ang oras ko.5am gising nko kya sliced bread and peanut butter and hot coffee.ok lng ba siya saka ako nainom ng creatine ok lng po ba iyan.after workour nman saging yougurt slice of pizza and 4boiled egg at mass gainer powder.salamat po
