I have Sarcoidosis, Chronic Pulmonary Aspergillosis (CPA) and a very low CD4 count. I have challenged myself to do a daily vlog for 30 days

trying to purify the air with oregano oil (5 drops of oil in water 30 ml), with that device to measure you can even check how it is beneficial
I think of something helpful plants in the house .... but using a land without fertilizers, which does not rot (do not cause mold)
The national aspergillosis centre advises against having plants as when the leavers fall off they rot which mould grows on and the soil if you over water as well. I think it's best to play safe. Normally the air is really nice indoors. Not sure what it was. Strange
Still don't know what the reason could be, putting dust in the air??
