I used to get gel nails done every two weeks, but this month to save money, I bought several gel nail polishes, a led light, and an inexpensive nail file drill. All the items literally cost me less than the cost of one manicure. I still, most likely, will splurge on monthly pedicures because I get those mainly for foot care because I am pre-diabetic.
i have a UV lamp that broke, i need a new one so i can do my own gel at home!!

Ah! First time noticing the secret! 😏😈 Don’t have many ideas for more free things to do this summer but maybe look up new summer recipes to try with the food you have. I LOVE pinch of yum, minimalist baker, and tish wonders (here on TH-cam). Also have you tried tapping for anxiety? Love Brad Yates and Reese from Yes Supply has a great one here on TH-cam. Window shopping, walks, personal photo shoots, start a blog about something that interests you… yeah! I read a lot and did yoga and worked out and was able to do headstands and crow pose after awhile back when I was in college. Yeah! 😊

Love this vlog, Reese! I can totally relate to the anxiety part...I live in the Mediterranean and the recent heat wave that hit us hard is making me feel pretty miserable and anxious. It's unbearable to leave the house during the day as you get swallowed up in sweat the second you shut the door 😭 it's worse than any summer I remember and the fact that this will last until basically October in here is not making things better 😞
Hey Reese! I have an idea about how to deal with anxiety! So, when I am anxious, I like to do like words searches and stuff whilst listening to my favourite music, and I also play the ABC game with myself, so I write down animals or celebrities names that begin with letters of the abc. You can do any categories, it's just animals and celebrities are my moat knowledgeable subjects (especially old and dead celebrities). X
I've never considered putting tofu in my fried rice, I just made some today following your recipe and it turned out amazing!! Also this gave me the push I needed to get back into yoga, so thank you for that as well!

You should buy the chom chom roller, it’s a waste free alternative to lint rollers. I love mine! It could be hard if the sheets not fitted, but for couches and stuff :)
