Few days back i saw spider mites so i used neem oil, after that i found that 1 flower which started blooming has stopped to bloom and other buds also not blooming. Leaves are dried up. Please help

All off know that seed can grow plant after flower. But not how tuber formation from seeds
Same as potato they form tubers long skinny roots at the time of germination gradually become thick and large by uptaking nutrients from the soil 😊
