25:35 The best thing to do was Raid in East Summer Sea, March in Dragonstone port/Blackwater bay. This way you could burn Martell's support and defend a sea with Stannis considering weak remaining Martell cards. Then you could take empty Shipbreaker bay and capture Sunspear the same turn. The second best thing to do was March+1 in East Summer Sea, March in Dragonstone port/Blackwater bay in order to destroy 3 ships in the sea of Dorne On the other hand, Storm's End was not worth attacking at the moment. After your consolidation in Martell's lands and seas it would be pretty easy to capture in the following rounds
Great watch, only had the game a week but love it and really helpful to pick up tips on things I hadn’t realised (like you could see opponents hand) and the thought processes you go through. Keep them coming! 🙂
I'm a big fan of setting up ships in blackwater bay and shipbreaker bay but am always terrified of the "support orders cannot be played" card in the Westeros phase! Also, taking Storms End as Bara is a nightmare for me so nice one taking it!!
I appreciate the kind words! Blackwater and Shipbreaker really provide strong support to the core of Baratheon's area and is incredibly defensible for them... Ya... until support can't be played and it can all crumble!
TL;DR The result of that would not be worth it in the foreseeable turns, spreading too thin for too little. Not worth it with his 2 ships. While on a win killing Martel's 3 ships with no retreat... They have 3 more on Sunspear Port, which will obviously go to East Summer Sea, boxing overeager Baratheon on the Sea of Dorne. Baratheon needs at least 1 ship on Shipbreaker's Bay to properly move troops. Ship combat doesn't give castles nor actual territory; it just destroys coastal support and gives you land bridges. Without Shipbreaker Bay-East Summer Sea access, invading Dorne's not a thing for Baratheon.
I'm waiting for Epic games to add the Mother of Dragons expansion so we can see Targaryen and House Arryn enter. I love to see a House Arryn Video. Even if it was without House Targaryen. Also the vassal system is very interesting too.

I've enjoyed this and your other Game of Thrones: The Board Game videos a lot! Do you expect to make more anytime soon? I'd love to keep watching!
Of course, I really enjoy making them. My mother has been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer so I've been spending a lot of my free time with her.
@@BeyondtheBoard I'm sorry to hear that, I'll be sending good vibes your way!

Thanks for uploading these, have really enjoyed watching them as I am learning the game. Keep them coming please!
Really love these videos and appreciate your insight into one of my favorite board games
I'm pretty convinced Baratheon is one of the strongest houses especially after getting more games in. Thoughts?

28:00 why not attack into sea of dorne?

Dude! TI4 brought me in, but these GOT games made me stay. I've watched both and they were very entertaining and fun to watch
