Mine is so much simpler. Pre AVP Hermosa Tournament Friday. 1. Pick a pair of sunglasses, quick bowl of cereal and hop into the truck. 2. Stop at the Coffee Bean for my coffee, grab a parking spot, bicycle down to the beach. 3. Set up my chair up between Court 1 & 2. 4. Watch the games from 900 to 500 (lunch in between). 5. Tower 12 for spirits. 6. Repeat on Saturday. Volleyball 🏐!
Hi i saw that you are using that collagen supplement. How long have you been taking it for ? Do you feel the difference from this collagen suppliment compared to other, if you've used other products ? Im trying to find ways to keep my joints as healthy as possible and the only thing that.i would trust to help me is bone broath soup. Very nutritious and supposedly it revives your ligaments. But im not the best cook. Anyways hope to hear from you. You are quick on the sand!

I've been using it on and off for about a year now! I do feel a huge difference, and I see it in my hair, skin and nails!!
