Double Tree by Hilton, Southampton

We stayed here for one night at the end of November 2022. We felt that this hotel was not up to Hilton's usual standard. We don't understand why they would have air conditioning blowing out when it was winter. Some people were even wearing coats in the restaurant, and we only saw a couple of people hanging around after they had eaten.

Not helpful at all I have stayed at that double tree Hilton Southampton and it has been better than you waffled on about bit unfair

I only stated what it was like whilst we were there. Perhaps it was better on the occasion that you stayed there. If that is the case then either we were unlucky, or you were lucky.
