Phase : lower aliphatic amimes gases fishy smell. C more than 3 wala amine liquid. C more than 10 amines solid. Aniline colourless liquid. Atmospheric oxygen coloured.
Solubility : Amines N electronegativity n water polar so lower amines are soluble due to H Bonding. Higher amines are insoluble coz of hydrophobic hydrocarbon chains.
Boiling Point : 1° 2° 3°
Boiling point of 1°> 2°>3° hydrogen bonding more boiling point more but same molar mass. For same molar mass.
