If you aren't smart enough to look at the rulings and what the judges stated they used to determine those rulings, no amount of explanation 'with sources' is going to help you see the truth. I know the truth hurts sometimes, and this channel doesn't use it very often, but you should be intelligent enough to do a quick search of the rulings and find out for yourself. You can't do that? 🤔

Again, read the reason for the ruling by the judge based on the constitution. What 200 years of precedent are you talking about? 🤔
@@tonyelliott7734 she's essentially taking an activist position, she is dissenting against the majority position that federal judges have long taken on this subject. think investigating nixon and clinton and such. are you telling me none of those were constitutionally sound? that each investigation should require an act of congress to appoint each and every member of the team operating under the office of the AG?
and especially why wait until NOW to throw that wrench in? the timing was done to extend the case beyond the election. she could have raised this right at the start. giving garland time to suggest someone and them to go through whatever hoops she wanted. but no, she wanted to waste time to make SURE that this wasn't another case of trump being found guilty of a federal crime before the election.
