The best way to Ski Mt. Washington, NH

The Cog Railway is perhaps the best backcountry ski route to the summit of Mt. Washington. In this video I ski the cog and had a blast! I was lucky enough to get powder conditions which made for some incredible soft and floaty turns.

Great video of a run I've skied dozens of time, usually toward sunset, never sunrise. I love your ski pole click at the beginning of each segment - I have the same habit. Summitting is a rush, but the best snow for skiing is in the alpine zone and below treeline

Nice! You had me excited when you said you will try to attempt to go to the top. 🤩 I was there last year, and had to turn around exactly at the same spot as you. I had gear to climb higher... Just the snow (or shall i say ice) was so bad it was not worth it. Nice seeing it with some powder on it. Will have to return...
