In this analysis, is the hydrogen embrittlement considered ?? Currently i'm working on burst stress analysis of hydrogen pipeline for my project and i have to include the embrittlement effects in my study.
Can I ask you a few questions? 1. Is it because of the mesh or is it for heat transfer that you put contacts condition in the mesh stage? 2. I also want to solve the hydrogen vaporization problem consisting of three walls, but is it the same as making only one solid part to thicken both walls and putting in materials?
@@kgengineeringsolutions Thanks for the reply. Just steel-perlite-steel total 3 walls but I made only one solid and implemented it by putting thickness and materials in both walls of the solid. If I don't set up the contact region, will heat transfer not be implemented?
@@허드슨-z6c I didn't quite understand your method. If the heat transport is not to be taken into account, you can model without the solid part. In this case you only need to draw the fluid domain and define the boundary of the fluid as an adiabatic wall.
I changed min size I'm not getting the option to change the max size in proximity and curvature can you help.ND how to change number of elements as you mentioned.im too getting floating point error
Dear Sir, Thank you for your video; it is really beneficial. I need to learn to do the same simulation instead of ANSYS software using the COMSOL multiphysics software. If you have any ideas, it will be helpful to me.

Hi Sir, i have a question. is it possible to realise in Inconel718 and with this tutorial simulate the problem of hydrogen embrittlement? This why I want to achieve the following results like.. Dislocations, traps, saturation, diffusion along the grain and more. Thx for attention Sir :)
@@kgengineeringsolutions ok perfect. Don't take all this trouble, also because I have studied this problem theoretically but there are no tutorials on it (not even for creating a microstructure to study what I listed above)
I love u bro, your video has safe my final work of combustion in university hahaha
excellent video, would you be able to share where you found the geometry used (for validation purposes)
Thanks.

unfortunately not
Hi bro, how did you solve HE in Ansys?
Thx for attention :)
Bro, can you please send me the model file, geometry file and mesh file? It would be really helpful
do you find it ?

2. Which materials do you want to use?

Dear sir ,thank you for your video , do you have an article of this geometry !
Hi, no, but the geometry is no different than many published geometries.
I want so know something sir, how did u know that the time filling for this tank was 210 s !?

Hi, I really love and appreciate your videos. But can I have the geometry file of this tank?
Thank you so much for helping.
Hi, thank you.
See the video description.
How can we calculate the dimensions ?
Hello sir, I have encountered a floating point error, I would be very grateful if you could give me some advice on how you have fixed it.
I’ve solved this, number of elements was too high for the time step size, leaving this comment incase anyone encounters similar errors
