I don’t eat meat anymore but I used to work at the post office on Utica and Lenox. Heart of Caribbean city. I Had my first encounter with curry goat from silver crust and man was that my meal. Curry goat and white rice with coleslaw. I just enjoy the your videos of Jamaican cuisine because Jamaican food is so good and the aesthetics of your cooking is amazing. My family is from Belize so our flavors and foods are different. If you have a video for mannish water that would be dope. Keep up the great content! Loving the videos
I just discovered you on IG. I've been wanting to make curry goat for so long. Your food looked delicious, so I decided to come subscribe and check out your other recipes.
Dee Pepper sorry for the delayed reply, i’m just seeing your comment. The meat springs its own water but for more gravy, i add more water. Good question!

Thank you - literally left your Instagram to come here
Thanks so much!
I have a question please. Did u add any liquid to the pot, or does it create it's own once the pot is covered and meat is left to simmer?

Looks amazing. So a total of 3 hours correct? Do you ever marinate you curry goat? Is this the same recipe as the on on your ig page you posted today?
do you have a recipe for the veggie rice?
So you use a specific meat seasoning?
Keep up the good work❤
New subbie never had curry oxtails
The pepper you put in then took out what type is it ?
I always use scotch bonnet peppers, if you can’t find them then habanero is what most people substitute with. Just be careful not to burst the pepper
You're peeling them Irish potatoes with a serrated knife? Brave!
