@@runparkrunwithme I did 23m07s on the treadmill while I was watching it. Finally through some different injuries and will be doing my first parkrun outside tomorrow since May last year. Hoping to get under 25 minutes then gradually work back until I beat my pb of 23m13. Thanks for your videos - they've been a great way to get myself back to fitness and I'll keep using them at least once a week for some faster training on the treadmill. Good luck tomorrow and keep parkrunning!
Ah, another that I went to the inaugural…when they counted on the most events table! I think the path around the grass wasn’t there if I recall. What I do remember though was tragically someone had a heart attack at the event and the air ambulance had to come. I believe they did recover thankfully.
I hope they recovered. I’m sure I read that parkrun is the place where you have the best chance of survival if you have a heart attack. I’ve been back to a few parkruns that have changed over the years.
Good chase of the guy in blue and the one in yellow just ahead of him. Good time as well.
Thank you. It was my fastest time for 3 months.

@adrianpullinger9711 thank you. Just take it easy for your first parkrun. Better to just finish and no injuries. Let me know how you get on.
