I don’t know if you still are going through mental health problems but as someone who’s suffered through extremely anxiety attacks, depression, nightmares, and insomnia, and suicidal thoughts reading the psalms, motivational bible verses, and prayer have helped me a lot I no longer deal with the problems it was an extremely gradual but spiritually strengthening process it may seem crazy to some to rely on a book especially a religious book but it works
You say you don't feel good about yourself. Sounds like something happened during your upbringing that affected you negatively. From my perspective you're a beautiful young woman with issues difficult to discuss. You're doing the correct things in trying to figure this stuff out without escaping via alcohol or drugs, like many do and comprise many of the homeless. I would suggest what you've been doing: EXERCISE (critically important), and you mentioned yoga: meditating is interesting and can be helpful/self-revealing. Also try meds. Too many people frown at that but after I told a shrink one time I take my med dosages the way I feel, in other words, experiment, he said that's what smart people do. You could try some Prozac or Xanax (is that the one for anxiety?) and take a tiny dosage to start...and experiment.
