  • Trimbakeshwar Jyotirlinga Dharshan and Bramhagiri trek!
In this video we will show you a story about Nashik. Where we reached on Nashik from Aurangabad by bus.. it took around 4-4.5 hrs to reach Nashik from where by taking a auto we reached Bharat sevashram sangha which located just beside the sangam of Godavari and kopila... where shri Ram Chandra, Sita ma and brother Laxman stayed for a long period time of 3 years. and where the Surpanakha-Laxman Bibad took place, Just beside the Rama Parnakutir There is a Laxman mandir to symbolise the event. The stories are all known.. we are just re living the moments of our childhood story book reading and fantasising...
Also you will get to know about river Godavari, its origin and related mythology. river Godavari is one of the important river of India, people of Nashik consider Godavari as Ganga, as this river was the only source of water in this region. Additionally, on the river bank of Godavari Kumbh mela takes place in every 12 years. This really increased the excitement to see the origin of Godavari.
Now the question is how we reached there?
From Nashik bus stand first we reached to Trimbakeshwar bus stand then from there we went to Trimbakeshwar Jyotirlinga temple. There we got to know that mountain Bhind this temple is Brahmagiri and from the hill top of this Brahmagiri mountain river Godavari originated and it's a 3 km trek. After Trimbakeshwar Jyotirlinga Dharshan we started our trekking it took us near about 3 hr to reach the hill top. the journey was breath taking, the path which we had to take for trekking was made by Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, it was adventures but a kind of risky. However, the scenic beauty was unexplainable, it was like someone laid out green velvet carpet to welcome us, and the droplets of rain was resembling the effect of diamonds studded on the green velvet. One of the best experience during our Jyotirlinga Dharshan journey so far.
