Very good and useful demo. Someone i know got this vacuum as a gift but he didn't know how to use it. So, he was keeping it unused.. Now i can teach him how to use it!
I purchased from flip cart online and yesterday I received delivery. I tried so many times but unable to fix tightly flexible hose pipe in vacume cleaner 1200 watts. No response from customer care, what's app no, mobile app also not responding.
I purchased eureka forbes easy clean vacuum cleaner few years ago and now I need new dust bag the cost of which is Rs.100. However compulsorily I have to buy it for Rs.650 as Rs.550 is their service charge. I offered to come to their service centre and collect which they said is not allowed as per company policy. Made atleast 40 -50 calls but no positive response. Totally disappointed with their company policy and service
It is for keeping it underneath the machine.. So that it will stand at one place. If yu keep this wheels will not work. If u don't use it then wheels will work

same happened to me today . I called them and they said they will charge 500+ for service charge and extra for spare too
