My dad worked in a facility much like this as an electrician. The nurse call system experienced a failure at some point. From what I remember, he took a test meter and started ohming out every circuit. A few days passed, no fix. Managment was then upset with him and called out a specialist. He showed that person what he was doing just for everybody to find out that was correct procedure for finding the fault. I'm sure Dad might have had input on you all's situations for this building, but he passed with heart issues in 2020.

Huh I iddnt think of that id have before it was shifted to my bill basically turn stuff on to seevwhat works and explore before turning the mains off and then the non main breakers also since some old panels have had notorious fails etc.. or been discovered through the decades from the 1930s era circuit breakers through the 1990s to be in off postion but still supplied power.. brands of risk include Bulldog electric, pushmatic, Challenger, Zinsco, Westinghouse, Bryant, Stablok/Stabloc, Federal pacific/fpe panels or federal pacific electric, and many more but thesecare in no particular order of risk but merely from memory for funsies doing research in the past etc.. of brands now mostly not existant due to over time being found guilty of either ul listed certification for safety fraudulencecor outvof bussiness regarding electrician electruction or fire hazard lawsuits etc.. or become pjased out.
Oh also WADSWORTH panels...I also remembered that is one of those brands.. do note that not all are equally bad however for various reasons are why each are potentially if not likely hazardous.. however some brands due to mere age have a likely hard time being insured or else are uninsurable.. basically like circuit breakers befire the 70s or 80s especially the ones that are grease fed which need to quite excercised to prevent themfrom becoming STUCK thus unABLE to trip should a successful otherwise trip event such as short circuit/overload occur..

You've done what I was trying to do with Harrisburg State hospital unfortunately they would not sell to a private ownership they are going to demolish it to build forensic labs for the State Police in Pennsylvania
Go get some decent head lamps.. Yes you will look like a dork but they are infinitely useful in a situation like this. Everywhere you look will be illuminated and you will have you hands free.
Is this video out of order from your other one? An earlier video shows you lighting up the hood lights and such. So I assume this is before that video.
Chances are there are rodents with that amount of fleas. It could be other animals that come inside (raccoons, stray cats etc.) but I would bet it's probably rodents

Plug n play led bulbs are more reliable as the quality ballast is doing the heavy lifting btw
i saw a troffer with jammed starters, probably not very healthy for the ballasts!
@@georgewills-ek1gg That's why it is best to replace the starters when replacing a bulb. Plug n play LED's require you to remove the starter though.
