- In this Super Mario World rom hack you can switch between 6 different characters with a push of a button. Mario, Luigi, Toad, Peach, Daisy, & Wario are all playable and they each have their own special moves and physics. This is one of the best Super Mario World rom hacks I've ever played.

@@farmervillager1376 besides Mario Odyssey some other games where you play as bowser for a bit we have never gotten a true bowser game.

Daisy is actually playable in Super Mario Run, and she has a double jump ability. It's actually really helpful in getting backwards distance when you miss something. It can be really helpful when you don't quite make a jump enough in the Remix runs but need to get up to get one of the special coins. She's top tier.

This hack is so awesome! But they need to increase peaches momentum when she glides, and make luigis double jump less awkward. I get the reference, but it hinders the game play too much. Also adding waluigi with a wall jump and toadette with a special ability and would make this perfect!

Because for some reason the toad also doesn't have any ability I was expecting him to be incredibly fast but to have a smaller jump like in 3Dworld but nothing!
By the way, toadette could have that ability to spin in the air that everyone has on nsmbu
Add Yoshi as a character rather than a powerup. He can transform into vehicles for a limited amount of time and eat enemies. However, he can't stomp on enemies
Waluigi: Twirl ability by pressing the jump button and press A (smbu)
Toadette: Super jump by holding down and when toadette is flashing when your holding down then press A (smb2)
I liked the Luigi an Daisy one, them two as a couple and a team, going through this awesome level with the custom enemies, and with the Paper Bowser theme playing that was yolo
The theme is called angry bowser
Not everyone ships Luigi and Daisy. Check your privilege.

this hack is so well done and the fact you can switch characters is AMAZING. the amount of effort you have to do to make it so you can switch characters is ALOT, 11/10 from me

Awesome! Imagine if there was a sequel featuring Toad, Toadette, Rosalina, Yoshi, Pauline, and Waluigi?
It's actually possible to swap out the gfx32 from each of the characters so you can play as any of those characters
Toad is already in it.
Maybe you could change Toad’s colors! (Red, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple, etc.)

Amazing concept! I wouldn't mind if we got more hacks like that. Tag team encourages let's you discover and use extensively the combos while that bonus level really encourages maximizing distance. Maybe having even more diverse movesets so as to get even crazier (maybe a proper second jump, vertical propelling, adding mid-air Wario dash blocks and so on). Thanks for the discovery 😉
I hope a sequel comes out later adding characters waluigi. Rosalina. Pauline. yoshi . Bowser . Donkey Kong. Diddy Kong . Candy Kong . Dixie Kong. Tiny Kong. Lakitu . Birdo . Shyguy. Pompom Koopa

That's too many Kongs... I'd leave it at Donkey Kong and maybe Diddy Kong. I'd also keep Rosalina and Waluigi, and have Yoshi rideable for any of them.

I made sure I'd get to the end of the secret challenge on my own before finishing your video, but I pulled it out! GG for the win!
(Now, the game DID warn me I could just leave, that there was no reward for doing the challenge, so WHY did I torture myself with it?! Lol, guess I just wanted to show the world (or myself lol) that I was no quitter and finished the secret level fully before I considered the game beaten by myself!! ^_^)

Love that Wario's level had a Wario Land 4 ending where you have to rush back to the entrance to finish. Very cool. (Also firebreath Wario is amazing!)
I love how daisy's level is in sarasaland world 1-1 and the majority of levels with Daisy are in sarasaland or take elements from it I kinda hope they add toadsworth

The levels seem to be a little difficult, but in a vanilla way. I like it.
In a _____+Luigi level, try spamming the Boost Jump+swap button, maybe it lets you spam boost jump

I'm working on sprites and music for a snes styled game. I'm still working on a lot of things. I might not even be able to commercially release it. But if I do, what kind of stuff do you wanna see. Specifically references to snes and genesis games.
Sonic, Mario, Megaman, Kirby, Toejam and Earl?! I dunno. I am a sucker for stuff like that.
1, feels like mario 64 ds, paintings, stars.
2, maybe the switching was inspired from vibrant venture as you switch on the run in that game too

24:50 the soecified springs / trampolines when it told you that bouncing of resfreshes your float, so it doesn't work with enemies
Iam getting there with my BTG binge. So far i loved every video. You never fail to make me smile and feel better Darby. Thank you , this is just what i needed after being away from home a long time. Still got a long way to go, but your videos are helping me keep calm at home. Thank you. I loved this game (loved all of your lets plays) I loved the idea of being able to switch characters esp to be Wario, and to be able to have special moves, really brought to game together. The atmosphere and music was great, colourful. Some hanks really surprise you. Thank you. This Binge is epic.

You could do this in Smbx, by making a Lua script that switches your character maybe by having it increment a counter
@@varietychan I'm not good with scripting that's my problem. Actually I don't even know anything about scripting besides the fact that it can lead to good NPC's. The map pack I made for Darby will have these scripted NPC's later on, I'm still hoping an episode 2 would come out soon
@@SunchippStudio You don't need to be good at scripting to get it to work, you can just use player offsets and a counter to do it

Really neat game / hack. Very creative concept. I don't know about you Darby, but I was kinda left with a feeling of, "I want a few more levels!"

The tag-team levels are combinations of the level themes you got the characters on, for example, the Mario and Luigi tag-team level is a desert mansion.

This hack did something we're still waiting on Nintendo to do since her introduction in Super Mario Land 1
Play as Princess Daisy in an adventure platformer. Even Princess Rosalina was playable In Super Mario 3D World, poor Princess Daisy.
Mario and Daisy were together in Super Mario Land and Super Mario and the six golden coins in Mario's worst Nemesis is Wario.
Poor Toad barely gets to be used, he's only the starting character with no special abilities it seems.
