      Is it real kriy yoga ? Some people are saying kriya yoga can only be taught one on one by a guru.

    Brilliant analogy with lights. Sir, we in the west desperately need vocabulary and images to which we can easily relate. Thank you so much for tirelessly sharing your knowledge with us. You bridge the gap between the ancient knowledge of your culture and our culture.

      Hello Bob, let things happen naturally. Follow the techniques sir has taught. My personal thought too much explanation spoils the natural flow. When you sit for meditation master knows everything he will guide accordingly.

    Pranam Sri M,
    Thank you for everything!
    i recently came upon on notes were i don’t remember precisely the original source from where i have derived it
    but here it is -
    When one is in flow state (in complete harmony within) where we enjoy the journey - we enjoy the destination.
    Science calls it a "flow state" ; one actually releases a neurotransmitter that binds to THC receptors in the brain.
    The neurotransmitter which is released is called ANANDAMIDE
    Chemical formula C22 H37 NO2
    This word Anandamide come from Sanskrit word which means BLISS
    The amount of rich wisdom our Rishis/Sages had - my god - i was speechless
    At your holy feet

    Thanks! I read autobiography of a yogi by paramhans yogananda.I visited yogda math at Ranchi. I was posted there as a medical officer. I applied for initiation of kriya yoga. Initially every week I used to get literature from post and it continued for 3 months. Later I was transferred to other place and lost touch with yogda math. By Paramhans Yogananda and his teachers and God's grace I learnt this kriya yoga from you Sir. Heartfelt thanks!!

There is a light on our street that goes in and out of being on, but when I HUM a frequency around it it will come on, so that experience of mine makes this so effective for myself! It’s like I’m doing just that to myself. Thank you it is very useful even doing it once.

    Pronam Guruji. After doing this Hamsau I feel energetic though
    I have several physical problems.
    And one more wonderful thing
    that I have watched that who ever
    treats me with super nasty words
    ever heard--it doesn't affect me at all. But the day I don't practice may
    be couldn't do properly the scenario changes .
    Third I don't know why I cannot
    concentrate for long though I enjoy
    this.

    The ultimate goal of yoga is to find the real truth . One of the primary steps For this is to keep self on the truthfulness. this is little contradictory. How a person be on truthfulness untill truth is found. Secondly sometimes in practical life we find different layers of truth of a single event. How to deal with this?

    • @Hari-vu4um
      @Hari-vu4um 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      This is not a reply to your question. That will come from the Guru. I am writing this only since some thoughts came to me as I read your comment.
      You mentioned `truth in your first sentence. You mentioned truth in your last sentence. Do you attribute the same meaning to the term truth in both cases?
      You are lucky that you know the path as you affirm in your second sentence. And putting together third and fourth, why would you like to find real truth if you have already found it? My first thought was to say that there is no unreal Truth... but then, intellect's truth and 'The Truth' as seekers seek it may be different?

    • @chandansourav
      @chandansourav 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Hari-vu4um I wonder if this is only a linguistic limitations?

    • @anu7982
      @anu7982 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@chandansourav I think u got confused with the word meaning ,just think out of the very word truth of Oxford dictionary .The real truth points towards the hidden secret / realization / ultimate blissful state of urs /God / Shiva .And yes the purpose of yoga and meditation is to make you capable enough to get to that real truth . Truthfulness is the quality which is much more applicable in the physical world ,a sattwa guna that should be inherent in a person ,which is often told as required quality when one is trying to explore innerself layer by layer.So truthfulness is one of the outer layers that can make ones path to inner layers easy ,especially to a person who is seeking one s own subconscious mind state. So logically ,how can one find oneself when one is lying himself ? Hope you got the differences btw truthfulness and real truth and how they are connected .

    • @anu7982
      @anu7982 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@chandansourav Now for the second question ,2 points are to be noted .
      1. In physical world ,monkey mind can find different meanings for a single event ,which is highly by the judgemental theories where we connect daily life scenarios and past life experiences or present mind state .So here the problem is sometimes it limits the idea of believing in something good to happen as mind is already having conclusions .
      2. If u r a meditative person , completely or partially inward mind state ,out of external distractions ,who is selfaware or subconsciously mindful ,then ,u would look at things from a vast horizon ,and also as it caused the frequency shifts / changed outlooks ,it will make the person to see situations from a different dimensions. So you would be able to see the implications/ lessons or wat changes that particular incident brought in you as a person ,and you would be able to connect every dot so nicely that. This can bring some kind of detachment with the event and also many more can be visioned of you are a strong gut person.
      Hope this helps for ur second query ..

      @RobZonneveld589 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It starts with our behavior and approach to life, have you heard of Yama and Niyama? Cleaning Sushumna is cleaning ones consciousnes, no prejudices etc. Sri M tell’s cleaning the Mug. mostly because of old behavior/ habit’s, old opinions etc. Another very helpful way is daily meditation. Kriya Yoga is a very helpful path of meditation. But watching the breath in full awareness is very helpful too.
