I could be completely off base but Tunsil has always given me the vibe of someone that's more of a mercenary or a hitman rather than a soldier that's part of a unit.

Yeah I had Big expectations for the Offense and haven't seen anything that has made me say Hell Yeah ?? They were more explosive last Season without all the player Upgrades ...

They move the ball down well compared to other teams. the best way to compare is by watching the 49ers or redskins...they do in fact do well...they just keep shooting themselves in the foot with the penalties. When we played the Bears and the Colts there is inconsistency both either defensively or offensively...but this is normal as we approach the first 4 games of the season. Mid-season is where we'll see if Diggs really fits in this, what happens to Tank Dell, and are we happy with our O-line. I'm happy with the development of the players we have right now, the Vikings game was painful but it did bring us back to earth to figure what needs to improve.

I hate the premise of DJ’s tweet, it assumes that there are only 2 outcomes. Protect the franchise or have penalties. Are you telling me that there are not O-Line men out there who just go out and protect the QB without penalties? That is ridiculous.

Take the captain’s patch away from Tunsil. He’s a vet, but not a leader.
    No accountability.

I sometimes wonder who is paying Tunsil. He loves that money...a lot. Kenyon has potential. He was brought in as a run blocker. Laremy has NEVER been good at it or never bothered to put out the effort. Sorry...I've just never liked Tunsil. He's greedy, lazy, and appears to even be unwilling to help out the younger guys. He's concerned about his health and his wealth and damn little else. I've been griping about him since O'B sold the farm to buy him. Yes, Seth, that's exactly what we were hoping for with the starters on o-line this season. We thought CJ would have time to throw to his three great receivers. What a joke. Maybe it gets better over time, but for now it's a shit show. And by the way, Darnold look like Dash from the Incredibles. It really is better now with facial hair, but I couldn't even stand to see his face in the past.

It’s not about being a real Texans fan, it’s about the unnecessary hype. Coaches haven’t made it work yet. There is no chemistry in the offense and the last 3 games have been a real struggle! Last year was more exciting! This year it’s painful to watch our awesome team struggle! It’s ok to be frustrated, doesn’t make anyone less of a fan..

Think the team drank all the cool aid and needed that beat down to make things real!

The offense is not good. They have only scored more than 20 points in 3 of the last 12 games they have played.

It’s not worth the trade off if a healthy cj can’t win games. Dude is costing us actual wins. He’s a damn captain, and just has never shown he cares about legacy or putting in the work to be the best. From draft to now. He’s immensely wealthy from showing up 5 min before opening day, and that’s all he’ll be. HOF won’t motivate him, not sure what will
Thought experiment: would you, this moment, trade Tank straight up for a solid, veteran Olineman or DT?

      No. Build through the draft.

I remember when Cal McNair first put out the statement “ Tunsil & Watson are my guys”
Ever since then I feel like the dude can’t be trusted. Least his father Bob McNair actually had the guts to get some talented dudes from free agency and other teams…. With Cal he seems like a lost man child who inherited his daddy’s team and let’s his snobby wife run the team. Good job houston keep it classy! Rip to Bob McNair

Not sure you live in Houston. I think you are rooted in the past and drinking long ago expired milk. At one point everyone liked Tunsil and Watson; Cal's team has accumulated some great talent from free agency and other teams; and his wife Hannah is a great representative of the team with Cal. I guess I also assume you are a Cowboy fan, or just unaware. Thanks.
