Ohhhh! The guitar of my dreams at each and every aspect. I remember the first review I saw about Bourgeois guitars: it was a comparison between Martin, Furch and Bourgeois guitar (because I was about to purchase a Furch)... the Bourgeois litteraly blew my mind... and this one of yours is absolutely georgous, awesome and exactly as I would choose it... if I was wealthy enough...
I would be so happy if I could buy a different guitar every month. I see from another video that Tony (our host here) has 3 banjos. I also want a banjo, and a mandolin. Have I mentioned that I do not yet play very well?
That truely is one gorgeous guitar all the way around (inside and out I'm sure, the inside is just as important as the outside to me .) Toney it would be great to hear your thoghts on the differences intuners, nuts, saddles, bidges, brige pins, bridge plates how this is a system in a guitar and how these coponent choices do or don't matter as much it tone, sustain, (note bloom ????) Etc. A kind of Tone'ys corner segment of Accoustic Tuesdays.
Hey Tony, just discovered you and I am loving the review and the Tuesday Show! I was searching to see if you have done any review on australian guitars such as Cole Clark. Maybe a Tuesday Show idea: US versus Australia 😀
I love the throaty mid range of that guitar. At least thats how it sounds to me. Thats whati call that vintage folk sound. What open tuning were you using in the video. I've never really used them much.
You don't have to play the same tunes over and over again just to demonstrate the consistency of a guitar sound. I've been hearing those tunes for I don't know how many years already. It clouds my mind could no longer distinguish the differences and nuances of guitars that you're reviewing. Try introducing some few little tunes every now and again.
Fantastic guitar but I'd keep an eye on her 'cause she's been getting around. Matt over at Eddie's Guitars has his arms around her in this video: th-cam.com/video/xWrEBmcjKVk/w-d-xo.html
He mentioned that he uses a lot of alternate tunings. Graphite in the grooves makes frequent tuning changes less stressful to the strings. That's my guess. It would be great if someone could invent invisible graphite :)
Sure enough, you were the dude who got it it. I've had it for saving to buy a decent guitar. I've been on a a steep downward slope of stolen guitars and sorry purchases after I gave up on blues and traded my real 1953 tele for an L7. The more I save, the more they cost than I saved. So beers to you. I hope you grow a wart the size of a hen egg on your nose.
Too bright, very big body. Massive fretboard. That nut looks massive to me. Nowhere near enough mahogany for me. I need it everywhere. You got the 12 frets right. I also like the cutaway, not sure I would know what to that far up lol! I know from how you have described the guitars that you enjoy in the past are very different from my tastes. Each to their own, same as playing styles :-)
Beautiful guitars like this make me drool too! I need to start wearing a bib when I watch TH-cam videos about high-end / boutique guitars.

Hey Tony, can you have more guitar reviews from your collection? It sounds like you have quite the guitar collection.

What does “OMSC” stand for?
Orchestra Model - Slotted - Cutaway
@@eddiesguitars I think its orchestra model single cutaway.
Hey!

Why is there some graying on the nut? Do you add something to avoid string slippage?

Did you buy this from Eddie's? I give up.

Tony can I please have a break in this guitar price? This is my dream box and we need more actual musicians (like yourself) playing these!
G run.

I don’t think that guitar sounds good… and it’s expensive… imo… a k yairi sounds much better …. And costs less… am I wrong?
How I hate the look of cutaways, the guitar would be so much more beatiful without it.
