Jack is one of the few artists in the mainstream who is keeping real music alive. He pushes into new territories with the White Stripes and The Dead Weather all while keeping very close to the roots of American music with this band and his other projects. He is always extremely impressive and I am very thankful for his bluesy, gritty soul.

Check out Jack's solo tour from a few years back, he does this and a few other Raconteur's tracks with a big back up band that lets him really nail those complex arrangements.

My favorite band of all-time easily... I've always thought of these guys as a cross between Zeppelin and Fleetwood Mac
They are pretty stellar, such a diverse sound. From flying guitars to aching sagas. Dang, I wish they'd put out a number 3.
