I am canadian Permanent Resident thinking of creating a Non profit Organization registered in canada but with a mission to empower people from Africa ( Burundi: target audience)… Is it wise to have it registered here in Québec ? or should I have it registered there… I am afraid the canadian gov might not see the Added value to local community
