My issue is the USB-A port is really spotty even connecting to my phone. I’d like to replace the port with a USB-C primarily for a more reliable connection. Anyone know if this is possible?
My navigation only works with phone plugged in does this mod make work with Bluetooth? I have a 2023 civic lx sedan it is stupid that it only has 1 usb in dash.
@stephenmelvin4376 navigation only works when the phone is plugged in because the car doesn't have wireless carplay or android auto. The mod I did is for charging only.
@McBebblestin once you get it in that slot, all the way in, you will need a pair of pliers or some kind of lock tool to get it out. It sits very tight in that slot. No need to worry about it Falling out or rattling.

Some of the higher models come with 2 type c. And work with Bluetooth when not plugged in?

I'm not sure you can because the usb ports comes from the radio
Possibly , the Integra I think has USB C and they share a lot of components.
The usb connection is a wire that is connected to the radio. What you see on the outside is just the shell that holds the port in place.
