As far as Unit Testing and Integration Testing, are those being done by developers? I'm confused, how do you integrate those to your Jenkins CI/CD?
Yes, they definitely need to be done first by developers on their development machine. You can also automatically have builds in Jenkins that at least run an entire build with the unit tests to confirm they don't fail.

3:20 Can you please give some examples, what is automated in CI/CD? Do software testers have anything to do with it? It feels like CI/CD is something which the developers use (for their tests, Junit etc.).

There was a question asking disadvantages of CI/CD... what's your take on this?
The question doesn't make sense unless you compare it to something ie you can't just ask "what are the disadvantages of a car"... unless you plan to compare it to other transport. As a stand-alone question, without any goals or comparison, it makes no sense
If there's an error at any step i.e. build, deploy, or test then you won't be able to release your code. Secondly, understanding and managing is complex since multiple things are involved simultaneously.

Meh, it's used to introduce more automation? I think you got it backwards. Automation and pipelines are used to enable dev teams to do CI reliably. You can do CI/CD without any sort of automation, of course, getting an often broken app at the end.
We need ubuntu servers, azure & amazon web server.
Comparison in hosting.
CiCd shows how broken IT industry is. Imagine buying a new car and being called for mechanical tweaks on a weekly basis. You would get rid of that car and forget about this manufacturer. Yet this same principle, endless tweaking is hailed as desired in the IT industry. CI CD shows that you are not confident in your product quality and constant tweaks show that you have bad programmers. Good product is well designed and works without bugs, no need for constant change. I have been involved in CI CD environments and it was nightmare every single time.

So, it's basically just an endless cycle of development and deployment. PMs keep dumping new projects on the devs to quickly build. HR just gave it a fancy name to make devs feel important, instead of like slaves.
well it is called the software development life cycle.. the cycle of contineous changes and execution of the SDLC.. Automation/Manual is a different topic, and does not have anything to do with SDLC. Automation is done to faciitäte the team, save time and effort. Pretty illogical idea or the name for the thing (CI/CD).
